My artistic journey started in childhood but truly flourished after retirement. With more time, freedom, and growing creative confidence, I could finally embrace my artistic instincts. Discovering collage felt immediate, intuitive, and deeply engaging.

I’m drawn to the tactile process of searching through books and magazines for imagery that sparks a personal connection. There’s a quiet joy in assembling unrelated fragments into something entirely new and unexpected. My goal is to create work that is visually striking, yet rich with layers of meaning —inviting viewers to look closer and uncover subtle connections and hidden details.

By playing with shifts in shape, scale, and perspective — I explore the contrast between the familiar and the unfamiliar. Each collage becomes a visual puzzle, balancing spontaneity with intention. I aim to engage not just the eye, but the imagination—leaving space for the viewer to bring their own questions, interpretations, and stories.

Ultimately, my work is an invitation to pause, to look again, and to rediscover a sense of curiosity and wonder.
